935 Ocean, A Beachside Inn

We will be returning! I’ve never felt so relaxed staying in Hampton. Accommodations were amazing. The room was fairly clean although there were some dirty parts. When brought to the staffs attention they were quick to make it right. The pool was extremely well maintained and it even had a bar area on site that we LOVED. The coffee machine was a life saver and all linens were spotless. We left well rested and satisfied. The only thing we regret is not booking another night.

We stayed for the weekend of the Smuttynose half marathon in a Queen suite. The recent renovations were tasteful while still maintaining the charm that an older hotel can have. The room was very clean. Location is great - just beyond the hustle and bustle of the commercial area of Ocean Blvd. The self check-in was a nice touch. After the race it was so relaxing to be able to take a quick swim at the beach directly across the street, then relax and enjoy the view from the deck. The on-site bar/surf shack was perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The day after we left, I realized I had left my favorite shirt hanging in the closest in the room, and after a quick call it was located and mailed back to me within a few days! They didn’t have to do that and could have just brushed me off - it was truly appreciated. This will be our go-to spot for race weekend for sure!

The staff was great. The rooms were cute very clean. And we loved the ocean view balcony that you sit out on. And the restraunt/ bar in the back of the hotel was also great. It was a little too far from the strip but we made it work. And the beach was right across the street from hotel. Very quiet at night. We stay again if we plan another trip to Hampton.

We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of exceptional. The accommodations were super comfortable and impeccably clean—truly relaxing for a short escape. The administration team was absolutely lovely. Our stay began on the perfect note with welcome drinks upon arrival, The evening was elevated by the live music at the 935 Surf Shack. Overall, the atmosphere was fantastic, We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here in late October on my way to ME. I choose a room with an ocean view on the second floor. Perfect view of the sunrise. Room was cozy, clean, and perfect for one or two people. Full-size bed was very comfortable (memory foam). Bathroom was clean too. The hotel smelled nice from entry to exit. Ice machine works great (rather loud at two am tho!). A very helpful area/property guide in the room. I didn’t experience the restaurant/bar or the backyard area as I arrived kinda late. The entire property looks very nice and is located directly across from the ocean. I received emails and a phone call about registration and check out. Overall, I’d stay here again. Thanks y’all!

5 stars!!! Wonderful accommodations, beautiful rooms, extremely clean and wonderful customer service. Outdoor area is fantastic, food and drinks delicious and reasonably priced. We cannot wait to plan another trip here.

Beautiful location! Really nice little spot with self service check in. The downside is that the sheets and pillow cases smelled like the swampy water in the area; if you're bothered by swampy smells bring a fabric spray just in case. It bothered me quite a bit, but my travel partner didn't mind the smell at all. The rest of the room was lovely and clean, and we'd stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Could have used a chair to sit in, too cold to use balcony. Also was disappointed in the television choices was hoping to watch game 2 of the world series and there was virtually no local TV. Personally I would rather have regular local TV instead of 300 channels and nothing to watch. Renovations were well done, lovely beachy decor while maintaining the old buildings charm.
